SKIN HOLDS TISSUE TO BONES

Somewhere I read a description of skin
indicating that it was simply a sack
around the bones and tissue
as if it was benign

Let me tell you - it is not dead tissue to be sloughed off in bath water. The skin is made up of several layers that need refreshing from the inside. Capillaries feed the cells fresh oxygen but they need stimulation to work properly. Think of capillaries as the tiny gravel roads leading into the hinterlands. To keep those roads open to travel they need constant maintenance. The way to maintain capillaries is to stimulate them by briskly rubbing the surface of the skin.

That is well understood by the cosmetic industry. It explains the popularity of the loofah - a ball of rough netting with which to rub your skin. There are other stimulators. Beauticians use a process with sandpaper, scrubbing the face to remove surface cells and much money from the client's purse as well. But adding a youthful glow to the face.

My point is to scrub your skin especially on the kneecaps but all over. Spend a few minutes in the shower scrubbing all over as if your life depended on it. Well, your life doesn't but your good health is sure to benefit.
