Today Tinsley/Mallard continues previous claims that
Hillary thinks it's a right-wing conspiracy

Yet another day without Mallard.   The First Lady remains the sole focus of Tinsely's cartoon strip (and anger). This is the third identical one in a row. As in both the 3/3/98, and 3/4/98 cartoons, this one starts by showing Hillary's concerns with (what Tinsley creatively calls) "compelling" evidence that the President is philandering. And each day, she is "able" to dismiss it all as just a "vast right-wing conspiracy."

Yawn! There is an old cliché "Third time is the charm" which means "You will get it right on your third attempt."   Sadly, it hasn't held true for Tinsley.   Today's rehash seems instead to follow the old Ben Franklin witticism "Fish, like guests, begin to smell after three days."   To that I think we can add "mallards".

Proof of how far Tinsley is having to stretch for these can be found by looking closely at the final panel.   Here he has Hillary believing that the facist-right has cloned an "evil Bill Clinton twin."   Jeez Mr. Tinsley, don't you know that BOTH Democrats AND Republicans are opposed to cloning?

At least in yesterday's cartoon, you picked a punchline that made sense.

Instead of re-running (basically) the same cartoon DAY AFTER DAY AFTER DAY, why don't you give us something fresh?   How about showing Kenneth Starr worrying about being indicted for criminally concealing perjury (as reported by the Associated Press on 3/4/98).   Then you could show Starr claiming "it must be a LEFT-wing conspiracy!"

Just a suggestion.

Dan, why are you picking on this dim-witted duck anyway?
